My XBox Controller doesn't connect to the XBox (Fat 2013) thru wirless, only cable.

I've alredy tried to connect the Windows XBox pen to the console USB, make a complete factory reset to the XBox, change controller and nothing, only works with the USB cable on both old and new (bluetooth) versions of the controller.

When i try to press the "pair" button, he makes a sound, however the light doesn't start blinking like before, she just stay static. (i alredy tried to pair even with this problem and nothing)

I can see a video if its needed to!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Seems like the issue is with the console itself. Kindly perform a powercycle on your console then check if the issue will still be there.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

I tried to do what you sayed and the console just power on by the button. I tried with the old and the new controller, with and without the usb cable and nothing did work.

After i power on the console by the button, i tried to press the pair button, and still, the light was static and the controller didn't connected.

Do you know what else could be?

There is a very good reason for this. On the console, the controller doesn't use Bluetooth, it uses its own proprietary wireless connection. The original Xbox One controllers didn't have Bluetooth on release and could only be connected via a micro USB cable,
the newer controllers have the BT feature, but still work with the original Xbox One (think Xbox One Fat 2013).

It can't re-pair automatically because it has two types of wireless sync technologies built in. The only way I believe you can make the controller sync automatically would be via the Xbox One Gaming receiver for Windows 10. The receiver doesn't use Bluetooth.

xbox does not have or use bluetooth (only the newer controllers do for pc and other device connections), it is wifi only, you could reset the controller and just not sync it to the xbox but other than than there is no point.

when you have it wired it overrides the wirless connection of the controller.
