My xbox controller bilnks but turns off what do i do?

Could you try power cycling your console? like this:

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug all external devices from your console, and leave them like that.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug your power cord back in and turn your console on.

* If necessary, try pairing your controller again.

Yes i do but that controller that is my extra one does not work either
