Enforcement team My xbox. One console is banned from live and my friend said to me to call Microsoft and when I call it an agent said to me to reset my console and all my gamesand account deleted and i bought fifa 17 cd with 50 dollars and i found i can
play only without saving and i didn't have enough money to buy another console please help me enforcement team and i am child of 14 years old and i save money 3 years to buy a new console enforcement team open my console or open it for 10 minutes to add account
to play offline

so my cousin got banned from Xbox live and it said this console is banned from Xbox live and he reseted his Xbox one does that mean he need another Xbox one??

OP you need to ask about your ban in the account suspension forum, this forum can not be used to discuss console bans and no one here knows why you were banned. Only
the XBLPET can tell you why it has happened if they will.

If your console was banned there is literally nothing you can do. No one can lift that ban not even the enforcement team. If you are mistaken and your account (not your console) was suspended. You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team.
That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this I will link a video below showing you how to file a case review.

I'm afraid there is way to use "back-up" discs on the Xbox. The use of them my result in an account ban from Xbox Live and/or a console ban from Xbox Live.

Hi everyone,

I recently received a xbox one console from a third party, I tried connecting it to my account and it says “this console is banned from xbox network”. Hardware on xbox is in tact and it hasn’t been tempered with, console was never opened. I would like to connect it to my account. My account is clean of any suspensions or bans, Is there a possibility to remove that ban from my console?

To be clear the console doesn't have to be opened to be banned to get a console ban, the original owner may have done something on Xbox Live, for example hate speech etc. Microsoft issued a temporary ban, the original owner didn't learn their lesson and kept on doing the same thing, the bans would hve been issued until finally they got a console ban.
