    Hey there chewingum007,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to attend to this properly. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning. I suggest trying the steps here on our Xbox
    One Power Supply Solution    . If that doesn't work however, then you might have to consider replacing the power supply unit.

    Try unplugging the console adapter from your xbox and from your wall outlet. Remove the cord that's connected to the console adapter that goes into the wall outlet, and leave it be for about 30 seconds. After that re plug everything and see if that works.
