    My Xbox connects to my Internet but still says “Connect to the Xbox Internet”


    My Xbox started doing this a couple days ago. I would turn it on and it would say “Connect to Xbox network”. It usually resolves in a couple hours but today it hasn’t resolved at all. Whenever I do a Network test it says I’m connected but my NAT type is strict. When I try to do a multiplayer connection test I get the error code “0x0000000000000000”. It is also only my router that I can connect to, as I can connect to my hotspot fine. I have already tried restarting my router, rebooting and hard resetting my Xbox but that only gave me a temporary solution. Does anybody have any ideas on what could be going on?

    Don't worry we will work on this together. This means you'll be needing to do port forwarding for your router. You'll be needing to reach the Internet Service Provider and let them open these ports:

    Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP)
