    My xbox app won't let me upload a gamerpic


    When I would try to upload a gamerpic on my xbox app it doesn't let me and only says that I would have to wait a little while and try again but I have tried multiple times and waited several days and it still work, I also tried deleting the app and downloading
    it again it's not working. Can you help me?

    Hey thanks for reaching out.

    The Xbox team have disabled custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds at the moment. This is to ensure essential games and services can still be accessed during a time where everyone wants to game!

    There's no announcements yet as to when these features will become available again.
