my xbox app will not load can someone help

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Please help, Update on comment : Idk what’s happening now, this all happened after the new update with the dashboard, now it is June 20, non of my apps will load, I can only watch Netflix, my Xbox takes at least 20 minutes to start up from the green
screen, sometimes it won’t even load up, so I will have to take my batteries out and do the controller thingy, my Xbox is so broken idk what’s going on, I’ve tried the USB offline update but I get Error code E101 please someone help me

Hello? The problem is still not solved. Can someone help me connect the xbox app to my xbox?

There has never been a "code" that I can type in.

I cannot login onto the app itself, on my android tablet, as it goes to a black screen and does nothing else.

I'd really appreciate it if someone actually took the time to help me solve this problem. Like, seriously...

I need help with my xbox, i dont know why but anytime i try to sign on it practically freezes or idk what it does. it just sits on the loading screen forever, but my account works perfectly fine on other peoples xbox. can someone help me out!

This issue is still happening and I'm still looking for help.

In the very least, can someone else use the app and try loading

Also, it started before the DoS which, as I understand it, is what started the download/launch app and live issues. As a reminder, I have no issue starting or downloading the app: it just simply will not load certain websites.
