my xbox app will not download and i get the error code 0x80073cf9

I have tried all of the above solutions with no help, I even shut off my firewall and still nothing.

I get the same error codes each time I try to download any new apps (Error code 0x80073cf9), and if I try to apply the fix to microsoft Solitaire collection it tries to repair but just stays on repair for hours. Without repairing the App.

Seems like it resets the app, but still doesn't fix my problem. Get the same error.

For now, please double-check if Windows is up-to-date.
This can be done by opening Settings > Windows Update > clicking on “search updates”.

Like I said on my first message, I've already tried this solution, but I tried it again anyways this give me the same result :

- there is no "Repair" option only "Reset" for Microsoft store

- I can't download the Xbox app (0x80073cf9) so reseting it is going to be complicated

- The error 0x80073cf9 is still there
