Did you receive some sort of notification from the enforcement team? If there is an enforcement action that prevents your account from doing certain actions, the duration should be indicated in the notification sent to you by the enforcement team if it's really a case of an enforcement action. Please check this link on how you are notified of an enforcement action.

I found out that the email has been changed but I cannot do anything because it says that my microsoft account doesn't exist, so I can't change my email back to my original one nor change the password

Due to COVID-19, some features have been disabled because more people are looking for social connection via gaming and Xbox is seeing record number across all services Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live and Mixer. To streamline moderation and to ensure everyone has
the best experience when using Xbox services, these features have been disabled temporarily for the foreseeable future:

• Custom Gamer Picture
• Custom Club Pictures
• Custom Club Backgrounds

If you try and upload a custom picture you will see the error:

"Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while." I think it will remains at least until quarantine is gone.

Sorry Microsoft did temporarily disable this feature. There is no word on when they will re-enable this feature. But you can follow its progress at their support site https://beta.support.xbox.com/

Sorry for the long delay in reply; been very busy.

The Windows Store App has never really been an issue, and I can't see how that would directly affect the Xbox app's ability to check to see if I have Game Pass, but I did all that anyways and nothing has changed; the app still says "Get Game Pass" despite that account having a Game Pass subscription until 2023.
