My Xbox App on windows 10 is stuck on the loading screen.

its a computer but i have the xbox app on in windows 10
tried troubleshooting but nothing is happening
no error message just stuck on loading screen

Having the same problem as hungryfatbear, app starts to load, stuck at a green screen. Its the 11. version and this only started after the latest windows 10 update.

I know you are having issues launching the xbox app and I understand how you feel.

This can often be a network issue, you can try the following:

1.Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.You can also try connecting to other networks (such as a mobile hotspot using another carrier's network)

2.Reset the network:Click on the search bar below the taskbar, search for CMD, open the Command Prompt, and right-click to run as administrator.

Enter the following commands in the pop-up command box (enter the next one after each line is finished):

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

netsh winhttp reset proxy

Restart your computer and see if that fixes the issue.

3.Change the DNS:Click the search box at the bottom of the desktop and search for "Control Panel" -- Network and Internet -- Network and Sharing Center -- “Change adapter settings” on the left -- Right-click the currently connected network -- Properties -- Double-click Internet Protocol version 4, enter 4.2.2.1 in the preferred DNS, and 4.2.2.2 in the alternate DNS, OK.

4.Reset network settings:Tap the windows+R key, enter inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced, and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2", restart the computer after applying, and see if the problem can be solved.

hi, well i realize that these tutorials are for minecraft launchers windows 10, and the xbox identity provider app i was triying to say that THESE tutorials required that, but when i installed the minecraft launcher windows 7 in windows 10 and i logged with a microsof account, it redirect me to the xbox app, but in the windows 7 pc is stuck in the loading screen, and the xbox app is for windows 10, BUT i realize that the app says that i cant use xbox in windows 7 after the march 2019 update, so that means i should install a older version of xbox or i should do what did you say?
