I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you, I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Ulysses S., an independent advisor, where he mentioned some steps to try to solve this problem and I thought it was good information. , which you should take into account, and try to see if it works for you:

Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the home screen and select Windows PowerShell (as administrator).

On the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

In the Windows search bar type "Services"

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services: XblAuth Manager,

Right-click on the service (you must do this for each one of them) and select Properties.

In the Startup Type section of the "General" tab, make sure it is set to Automatic. If you are not started, click Start.

Then click Apply and OK to save the changes.

NOTE: If the services with those names do not appear, search for these.

Xbox Live Authentication Manager, Xbox Live Network Service, Save Game to Xbox Live, Game Service, Game Bar, Game Bar.

Restart your device and try again.

Here are some things you can try if you’re having trouble downloading gaming services on Windows 11:

1. On Windows 11, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device. Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
   
2. Try updating Store apps. Check also the Windows 10 Version number at Settings > System > About. If less than 1909 skip to Step 11 to upgrade to the latest by the most stable method.
   
3. Right click on the time and date in the far-right corner of the taskbar and select “Adjust date/time” > “Set time automatically”.
   
4. Check your internet connection speed and stability by opening an internet-speed checking website to test your connection.

Thank you, this resolved my problem. However, now I can't install anything because I need to "Download Gaming Services" even though I already have it installed and updated. I repaired it, reset it, terminated it, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my PC, and signed in on Microsoft Store.

For the meantime, based on your description, here are some things you can try:

1. Check Xbox servers. If Xbox servers have a rough day, you will face issues with the Xbox app on Windows 11. Xbox offers a dedicated page to check all the services’ status. You can check it here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status.
   
2. Update your Windows 11 PC. Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings. On Windows 11, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device. Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
   
3. Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. Press the Start button on the taskbar and select Settings (or use the Windows key + I shortcut). Select Apps > Apps & features. Select Xbox > Advanced options > Reset. If that doesn’t work, select Reset again and then select Repair.
