My Xbox app on my mobile android keeps losing the achievements

What I can advise is to check that your app is updated to the latest version.
It might also be helpful to uninstall and reinstall it, or at least try clearing the cache and data.

Sometimes there can be a delay in points updating, but personally, I haven't encountered any issues.

I'm happy around tech and consider myself tech savvy. I have already checked update on app, force closed ,clear cache and uninstalled app which doesn't work . I was wondering if there was anything else I could do as I googled the problem there are a lot of people with same problem as me some have success by clearing cache others just left it and a few days the achievements came back . I just want it to work it's not a big amount of points but it helps to earn something instead of nothing

This may be their way of getting us to get the achievements on Android and iOS phones but in my opinion, the XBOX achievements on those platforms are no way as challenging as those on Windows devices. Take for example, Wordament. On Windows devices, you
can get achievements in about 50+ hours (17 of them). On the same app for iOS and Android, it takes only one hour (10 achievements). Where is the challenge? Any idea if the XCCA (XBOX Console Companion App) will work on Windows 10 Mobile as of tomorrow? Messaging
will be gone from the app.

I found different symptoms of xbox app on different platform:

Xbox app on xbox one always should total achievement as zero for all games. You can see which game you are playing, but you can't turn on achievement tracker as it always grey out.

Xbox app on windows 10 navigate to achievement page on any game, it just keeps loading. After a while the achievement tab will even disappeared.

Xbox app on android / windows 10 mobile cannot access to any achievement page, and some time

Xbox app on windows 8 / windows phone 8, & achievement page on
xbox 360 surprisingly work fine and able to show achievements correctly.

Not sure is there any way to fix all this....
