    Je suis pas sûr qui m'adresser, le support téléphonique Windows me renvoit au support téléphonique Xbox et eux me renvoient encore au support Windows, qui me laisse en attente.

    Dès que je l'ouvre, l'application se prend beaucoup de temps pour arriver la page d'accueil, rame dès qu'on passe la souris dessus et se ferme toute seule. J'ai le Game Pass depuis deux mois et ce problème est arrivé seulement il y a une semaine.

    J'ai terminé l'application, j'ai réparé l'application, j'ai désactivé l'application, j'ai désinstallé l'application. Rien ne semble réparer le problème.

    J'ai verifié toute mise jour de Windows, apparemment tout est jour. Toutefois, mon Windows 10 est toujours la version 10.0.19041, ce qui selon le support Xbox est une version ancienne et il faut la mettre jour. Je...sais pas comment, part utiliser

    I don't know who to turn to, Windows phone support sent me to Xbox phone support, they then tell me it's a Windows problem and sent me back, but Windows phone support won't pick up again.

    As soon as I start the app, it severely slows down for a few seconds and suddenly closes. If I hover too fast with the mouse, it closes faster. I have the PC Game Pass since two months ago and this problem only appeared last week.

    I closed the app, repaired the app, deactivated the app, uninstalled the app and nothing seems to work.

    I checked for Windows updates, seemingly everything is up to date. However, my Windows 10 is at its version 10.0.19041, which according to Xbox support is outdated and you need to update it. I don't know how apart from using the "search for updates" function.

    Please help!

    J'aimerais récupérer mon profil car je n,ai pas supprimé ses éléments et ce n,est pas sur le xboxlive il est sur mon disque dur car dans stockage jeux et applications mon profil est maintenant inconnu.Comment le rétablir. Merci de votre aide.

    Bonjours, moi aussi j' ai tous perdu a gears 3 toutes mes médailles, et tous ce qui touche a la campagne bref la seul chose que j' ai garder c' est mon level 65 rouge les mutators et et mes fortification de horde le reste tous a zéro et on est des milliers
    dans le monde avoir eu le problème depuis le dernier pack! Sinon au début du jeux j' ai plusieurs amis qui on eu le même problème!

    Super la sauvegarde en ligne même pas moyen de sauver sa sauvegarde en la dupliquant régulièrement car en la connectant c' est la sauvegarde de epic qui compte et ma buger ma 2ème sauvegarde! De quoi rager et maintenant j' ai peur de me faire bannir mon
    compte car mes statistiques ne sontr plus les même que mes succèe!
