    My Xbox app is stuck on the loading screen


    Hello.

    The Xbox app is stuck on the loading screen with the Xbox logo with a black background. It happened a month ago.

    I have seen this problem several times on the internet and there are many solutions but none work for me. I have tried repairing, reinstalling, resetting and much more but with no luck. I recently tried booting into a clean boot but it still didn't work. I'm starting to think I'm missing some files that are needed but I can't find any info on what they might be. I wonder if there are any new solutions to the problem that can help me.
