My Xbox app game captures aren't loading

On the Xbox app on my computer, I try to watch one of my captures, but it doesn't load. When i go to my friends captures on the app it says "unsupported video type or invalid file path." What do i do to fix this.

Hi, I would recommend you to see if the path to save the app has not moved elsewhere. In case I would also tell you to try if the Xbox Beta app does the same thing

It's either the app is out-dated or your Network needs a power reboot.
