My xbox acount is associated with another account.

Basically I cant use anything like the xbox website with my account because it will pop up another account meaning if make changes to that account it will not do anything to my account that I use so basically what it seems is as if my email is associated
with two accounts.

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

Your email can not be associated with 2 different xbox profiles if your on the xbox one you can sign into the account and go into settings and under the account tab there is a choice for sign in security and passkey if you click on that it will show you
what the email address is that is associated with that profile.

now if you are going to the account.live.com website and its pulling up a different account automatically there would be a picture or silhouette in the upper right corner next to your name if you click on that it should give you a choice to sign in with
a different Microsoft account and you'll want to sign in with the email that is showing on the xbox when going to the sign in security and passkey screen.

I have the same problem. I got it after I change my xbox region, for correcting billing information. I try to redownload my acount to my xbox, but it not resolved problem. When I singin with my acount, I have not XBOX LIVE fetures at all. If I use another
account, there is now problems with XBOX Live. Any solutions?

I was having the same issue with my main acount and my smurf acount ( just a extra account) but i kept going through acounts tell one loged in and once one worked i was able to trick my xbox in signing in to my main acount by using the switch acount option.

You have another acount atached on your windows? (because Win 8 can "automatic" associates instalations if you have account atached on your Win8 games section).

If you have the product is atached in that account of yours, if not wait a fellow good samaritan respond that, because i am out of ideas...
