    My Xbox aconnt got communication ban for saying something stupid


    For chatting in my Xbox group one of my members of the group decided to just turn against me and and cussed at me I called them one word that isn't offencive to most community and I get communication banned for two weeks even know the person called me the
    f word and the c word both of noxious and rude of Xbox even though he got five reports and I got one

    Xbox Support?!

    So basically my friend got a COMMUNICATIONS BAN FOR SAYING THE WORD "HECK" and got the comm ban for 2 whole weeks! And then when he tried to file a case report it didn't work cause of a cool down and he tried again today and because of stupid technical errors
    on this stupid xbox website it made him go back in and because of that he has to wait AGAIN!!!

    COMMUNICATIONS BAN ON 16TH NOW LIVE BAN ON THE 20TH WHATS GOING ON?

    SO GOT A COMMUNICATIONS BAN ON THE 16TH I THINK FOR DOING THE NORMAL THING AND RESPONDING TO SOMEONE SWEARING AT ME ON MESSAGE THEN ON THE 20TH GOT A XBOX LIVE BAN FOR SUPPOSED HARASSMENT AND THREATENING AND IVE NEVER HARASSED OR THREATENED SOMEONE ON XBOX

    SO OVER ALL GOT 2 BANS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME FOR 2 WEEKS AND MY 7TH BAN OVER MOSTLY FOR COMMUNICATIONS BUT SERIOUSLY WHATS WITH THE 2 BANS IN 4 DAYS WHEN I LITERALLY HAVE STOPPED SWEARING OR SAYING ANYTHING IN MESSAGES FOR THE LAST YEAR

    If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him. Retaliating violates the Code of Conduct

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    It does not matter how many reports are made if you say ONE word in a message that violates the code of conduct and that message only has to get reported ONE time and your account would then be subject to a suspension due to the violation of the code of
    conduct.

    Support doesn't handle enforcement issues so there is nothing they can do. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, then there is nothing else you can do. You also should not
    post any of the offensive messages on the forums.

    @KLRSKIR but the COC also says you are not allowed to abuse, stalk, harass or threaten anyone on the live network. so how can that person get away with just a communication ban when he should have been banned off Live? i think the system is stupid if the
    poster got a 24 hr ban for having a word in there he shouldnt have (not saying i dont agree that it shouldnt have been in there anyway) whereas the person harassing him gets a slap on the wrist for something that is clearly a bannable offense. that is a load
    of crap honestly.

    My brother got communication ban for something that he never did. So he whent to xbox enforcement and appealed their decision.
