my xbox accounts gt has been changed without me doing so

im wondering what to do about this because it just randomly happened i havent been charged or did i even change my gt but it has randomly gone from to SwellingDog8252 for no reason.

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

as far as i can see my last ban was in aug and thst was only for communications

Try checking at HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com to see if they have done an enforcement gamertag change. I know it may seem unlikely, with the tag you posted.
