    My Xbox accountand has been unfairly banned


    My Xbox live account was suspended for 2 weeks for "Cheating" and I have not done anything in any game for me to deserve this. I have put countless days and hours and money into these games I play on Xbox. I would never cheat in a game and I have even tried stopping
    these types of people before. I tried getting the enforcement team to go over this and they just changed the description to descion upheld. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    My account has been banned unfairly

    Sorry to hear you were banned. Unfortunately no one here can assist you with this. The enforcement site is the only way to get in contact with the PET. If they have upheld the action then there's nothing that can be done.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however, you can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live
    Gamertag.
