I know how frustrating it is as I'm a gamer myself however Xbox enforcement team is an isolated department. No one in the community forums nor from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with any enforcement actions.

I'm afraid the only way to reach out to them is through filing a case review/appeal. Unfortunately, you have mentioned that your appeal was denied.

In this case, the only option now is to wait for your account suspension to expire.
