My Xbox account was permabanned without my knowledge

I haven't touched my Xbox in what feels like years. But I do recall setting it up in the new house and checking a game on it in the past month. Since then I recently had a data breach and my accounts were stolen on May 14th, 2024, but not my Xbox, as it seems to have been banned since way before is what I found out. I made an appeal that was denied without me really knowing exactly why. Is there any way I can get it back it had a lot of important stuff on there regarding nostalgia and accounts. If I could get it back it would mean a lot!

If the behavior demonstrated on an account is egregious, a permanent suspension may be issued regardless of the number of strikes on an account.

Microsoft don’t take permanent bans lightly, and these types of suspensions are only issued after a thorough investigation determines that a severe violation of our Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox has occurred on the service.

If someone in your house used your console/account and purchased content, that will be your responsibility to manage and prevent. If you feel your account was compromised (stolen) and used somewhere else by someone you don't know, then you can call phone
support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and file an Unauthorized Access claim.

This is a community forum so no one here has access to your account. You can check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see what the transactions are for, try to
get refunds, and remove the card from your account. But you would have to contact support directly to speak to someone in billing.
