My xbox account was hacked is it possible to refund the whole account onto another account?

It's no scam. When you redeem a code onto an account, it ties the value of that code onto that account.

So the $50 is tied to the account that redeemed the code on and you'll have access to the funds on that account.

Xbox Support can't refund or transfer funds or licenses from one account to another.

Options -

Download that profile/account to your Xbox One and sign into that account and if you're trying to buy a game, you can buy a game as a "gift" and send that gift to your other account.

You'll need to login to your Xbox account on a computer and change your password.

Then if possible, recover it onto another console.

You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request
