My xbox account was hacked and he changed my email.

My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

thank you. i am in contact with xbox live who is trying to verify it is my account after i filled out the info. my email was swifched under my account to the person that hacked it so idk how to freeze or change ny password since he changed the emails within
my gamertag

Unfortunately, this couldn't resolve my issue, as now the hacker has changed my original email twice and I have no idea what it is now. I just remember my original email and pass and the email he changed it to after he hacked my account.

What should I do now?

I saw in my family account that my sons Alfreds email suddenly has another strange email, it has been hacked.

So now when he tries to create a new pin we cant change account and login to ours. Can you somehow solve this?

We cant change from the strange email we dont recognize. He cant login into his computer anymore.

Yes they can hack whatever they want if they know what they are doing. You SHOULD contact Xbox support, change your password that is associated with your live account and change the password for your email that is also associated with your windows live account.
I am speaking from experience here. My account was hacked and he was actually able to change all of my billing info. He was actually a little stupid though- he never changed my password and he actually put all of his real info in the billing contact info(Even
his real phone number). What a dummy. But, not all hackers are this stupid. I will now only use a prepaid credit card on my account with enough money only for my subscription. Be careful, cuz today its your xbox account, tomorrow it might be your identity.
Be smart and change your passwords often.
