My xBox account was hacked 4 months ago and I still cannot get access. Microsoft do not reply!

My xBox account was hacked over 4 months ago. I reported this immediately. I went through the correct process to recover the account which took over 6 weeks. I finally got access using the hacked email address and tried to remove this email address from my account. I then had security issues and had to set this up again, I finally got this setup and access account to remove the unwanted email and now the account has been locked and I cannot get any reply from Microsoft. I completed the Locked account form multiple times, no reply. This is over 4 months with out access. Any suggestions how to resolve?

Before we go any further I would like to set your proper expectations that Microsoft accounts is completely managed and handled by an automated server and we don't have a manual access to it because Microsoft really takes our security and privacy very seriously.

We understand your frustration if you discover you can't recover or unlocked your account. The account recovery process is designed to protect your account and its contents.

This means our support agents and advocates can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They don't have the ability to send you password reset links or provide you other ways to access or change account details.

Hello one of the customer Service people sent me to this link. I have an Issue 3 or 4 years ago this account got hacked. It took another 3 or 4 months for me to get it back completely. A couple months later I got a msg saying that my gamer score had been
reset do to cheating. I ended up losing all my gamer score and achievements I worked hard to get is there in anyway to fix this I cant even try to become an ambassador due to this I still have the emails from microsoft Showing the msgs i sent to them about
my hacked account to getting it back including the msgs where he tried to buy Microsoft points with my card after i deactivated it.

First of all, yesterday my account has been hacked and my email has been removed. Same goes to my phone number. Now, I lost access to every microsoft products. I already filled in the recovery form many times and still cannot recover it. When I called the microsoft department, there is nothing else they can do other than terminate my ORIGINAL account and I need to re-buy all the microsoft product. I still access the microsoft authenticator but the email is change to the hacked one.

A few months ago, my Microsoft account got hacked and its email was changed, so I can’t access it anymore. On that account, I had tons of games purchased that I want to download and play on my new PC. Would it be possible to transfer the game library? Not the whole Xbox profile though, just the purchases.

Nothing is transferable between accounts. Even if it were possible (which its not) youd still have to have access to the original account.

The only way of recovering your purchases is recovering the account.
