My Xbox account was disconnected from my Microsoft account, thus I can't access it.

I am very sorry for the problem you are experiencing, I invite you to follow the following steps recommended by Xbox Support:

If you can't sign in to your Xbox after changing your Microsoft account password, the console may not have received your new account password.

Important: Before trying the following solutions, make sure you can sign in to your Microsoft account online. To do this, go to account.microsoft.com, select Sign in, and enter your Microsoft account email address and new password.

Solution 1:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button  located in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Home/Stop center.

2. Select Restart console.

3. Select Restart.

4. Once the console has restarted, try to log in again.

Solution 2:

Step 1: Remove your account from the console

1. Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select your account and confirm the operation.

4. Restart the console (see solution steps 1).

Step 2: Add your account back to the console

1. Press the Xbox Button  to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system and then Add or change.

3. Select Add New.

4. Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account.

5. Complete the personalization settings on the following screens.

How do I disconnect my account when I can't log in?

I am not able to access Microsoft Settings

Thanks but I've tried to ring Microsoft support. When I select xbox options it directs me to online support and disconnects. Online support offers webchat and call back, both of which require my password. Since I'm locked out of the account by a hacker I
can't access either.

I've tried to access the account via my son's xbox but obviously the password has been changed.

I've tried different phone options for microsoft but they all direct me to online support and disconnect

I cancelled my credit card as soon as I saw charges from Microsoft, so within an hour of it being hacked.

1.) Logged in and updated security information.

2.) Can't get to the accounts page.

Can't login to Live through my XBOX360. Can't access my account at live.xbox.com (receive an error when clicking on "My Account"). Tried downloading my gamer profile and now my gamer profile is gone too, error code 80150100.

3.) Couldn't complete step 2 because Microsoft's XBOX Live My Account website is broken.

4.) See 2 and 3.

i tried with the latest version of ie and chrome. neither worked. i could always access the "my account" site with on my microsoft account. but since i connected the xbox with this microsoft account i can't access "my acount" anymore.

any ideas?
