    go to the persons account in question you get a list of thing you can do loo for the report and block section so you can block the account and report the person and i strongly advice to set your sons account to a child account

    What it seems like you're asking, and correct me if I'm wrong, is to merge two Microsoft accounts? There is currently no process for that, but you might want to request such a feature at feedback.xbox.com
