    My Xbox account was banned for no reason.


    Hi microsoft I was just playing a realm on minecraft when I got disconnected and found out I had a suspension. Which I am very confused about as I don't think ive done anything wrong compared to what I usually do on my xbox I've tried to find the reason but my suspension form said they couldn't provide details. Can someone please help me I'm very confused and just want to play a game. Thank you

    What the user said: Daft Badger is correct, but he also recommends contacting Support directly for additional information.     No. Daft Badger didnt recommend contacting support for additional info. They said support doesnt deal with enforcement actions and cannot assist with them.

    Support are nothing to with enforcement so can't help or do anything.

    You say you haven't used the account for years so it could of been banned before the enforcement site was around which is why there is no info.

    Any enforcement action has to be appealed within a year so if it was banned years ago then there's nothing that can be done.

    That's NOT what i said.

    The "official recommendation" is that support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can NOT help with enforcement matters.

    Gotta love the false information. Haha

    It's as if certain individuals on these forums don't bother to read posts properly ;-)
