My xbox account logs me our whenever i turn it turn off and back on

i just turned off my xbox and turned it back on and i could log in again

Almost the same problem I had! Basically I was signed in on my account () we had 3 controllers me being the first one we were on the dash board of the Xbox 360 he decided to log in on his controller when he did it logged me out and logged
him in on his controller as his account (basic account) so I tried to log me back on kept giving me an error code I turned it off then on then try to log in once again it proceeded to log me in and then the same error message came up I deleted my account (SWAGGER
KILLER9) turn Xbox 360 off for 60 seconds then back on disconnected it from my home route then reconnected to the WiFi connection and tried to download my account then it was successfully downloaded!

Well I don't have access to another Xbox One but I do to a Xbox 360 to which it let me sign into fine, and without turning off, after re-entering my email and password to my Microsoft/Xbox account.

And a small update on the Xbox One situation: After attempting to log into my Microsoft account, to which it turns off, when turned back on my "" profile is available on the sign in side menu, but when I select it I get the signing in loading screen
then it seems to stop for a second and the sign in side menu opens again, without signing me in to my "" account. Although it does not sign me into my account the Xbox One does not turn off. I guess that's a plus...

I'm having the same issue. Whenever my xbox turn off it wont turn off so that means no restarting to finish the update. even if i unplug and and get it to start then power it off myself it still wont turn on unless i unplug it and plug it back up

Yes I have. I have hit that deleted button, turned the xbox off, unplugged it from the wall and the power cord on the back of the xbox, after one minute plug everything back in. When that didn't work I repeated those steps and when it came back on logged out of my account and logged back in. None of that has deleted it off the cloud for me.
