    My Xbox account keeps crashing when I join MCPE.


    When I sign in to my Xbox account on Mcpe it crashes when I log in and when I try to join my friend's worlds it says unable to connect to the world every time and them pops up help.mo.jang.com then there
    a thing that says error nine or some times zero. I've tried everything in the book putting my setting in MCPE to the lowest that I could put them and uninstalling MCPE and then reinstalling it and, I did the same thing with the Xbox app to and that didn't
    work at all but I'm not going to the extreme and factory resting my iPad and I'm using Minecraft ios version 1.14.30.

    but I'm going to Mojang to tell them about the problem to.

    If this is minecraft pocket edition this is a mojang problem and not your microsoft account

    Have you tried the site in the picture to help you with your issue?. Example just searching I came up with the following article on the help center https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360034754672-Changed-computers-account-is-gone-
    I did do the link that it gave me but the link just game me a died end and just showed link and people that had a part of my problem and for some reason, they stopped looking into it so I want to put life back into it so I can have a good time with my best
    friend with this game. Thank you for the link but my problem is on IOS 13.3.1 on my Ipad, not a computer. Thank you for trying to help me and I hope your week is going well.

    If this is minecraft pocket edition this is a mojang problem and not your microsoft account
    This is a mix for the two people, my Microsoft account crashes when I sign in to Minecraft.

    I don't know what to do I have tried to do my best by my self and that failed. and I hope your week is going well and I wish you the best this week.

    Can’t log back into Microsoft account on switch

    The error message I keep getting is on the website aka.ma/remoteconnect. I can log in on my account on the xbox app and mcpe. When ever i try the website this pops up. I went on nintendos website and was told its on microsofts behalf.
