    My Xbox account is on the wrong email.


    A number of years ago this account for some reason ended up with an xbox live account. I already have an xbox live account and would like that to be on this microsoft account (I do not care if the on on here gets nuked) How can i go about doing this?

    The Xbox account was made when i was young and was put on a separate email address for safety reasons.
    I have a number of purchases and achievements on that account which i do not wish to lose.

    I also an now having many problems with Windows 10 and certain games which require Xbox login which i now have to sign into multiple accounts to be able to play.

    This is how always have been, each email account can only be linked to one Xbox account, once that link has been made that email won't be capable to link a different Xbox account, there's no exceptions for this

    You can add a different email to a Xbox account to use as a main alias instead of the current one, but you can't do this if that email already have a Xbox account

    Is there any reason that the Xbox details cannot be moved to this account? any data lost from the automatically created Xbox user is not important.
    Is there any way that i can escalate this issue?

    No, it's not. This is my only account on xbox, so that is wrong.

    Also, on my windows store, it shows this email as having the gamepass
