My xbox account is now diffrent and not my original account.

I recently tried to play minecraft but my microsoft account didn't go to my original xbox account that was connected with it. When i tried to recover it, it just shows some random email that is not mine.

I now lost my entire xbox account because it isn't used for anything except minecraft and i don't know the name.

The only thing i have with the account is mojang billing details that were used for minecraft realms.

And i also know my minecraft name but that's about it.

Hey Rihard, there is not a difference between an xbox account and a microsoft account.

When you make an xbox account, a microsoft account is automatically created.

If you were to follow the support site from xbox for account recovery, it will redirect you to the website I listed above.

Mine is doing the same thing, I just purchased gold and my games with gold is not showing, my dashboard looks diffrent then a normal account would. I signed into a diffrent account and I can find games with gold easily, but it is on my account with gold
that I cannot find them.

yeah made my account on my xbox then changed my name to SalfordThomas.

Logged in online it comes up with a diffrent name.
