My Xbox account is locked

I have received a notification that my account has been locked since yesterday. I am not sure what I have violated, but I am sure it was unintentional. I followed the instructions while logging in and entered my phone number to receive a verification code, but I did not receive any messages. I entered a different phone number and received a notification to use another verification method, however, there are no other options. What can I do now to unlock my account? I apologize for using GPT to ask questions, my English is not good, thank you.
