I'm also having the same issue. Tried redeeming a 3-month subscription card on my 360 yesterday, but got an error message saying my account was locked. Tried again later on via My Xbox and got the 0x80169CF9 error message. Still getting the same message
now. Hopefully this all gets figured out.

my diablo 3 achievements for Above & Beyond and trade in didn't unlock for me. it shows that they are completed but are still locked. hopefully they will unlock when i get on later today to play. after the alert was over i did get two more achievements,
but these two are still locked even though they are shown to be completed.

That may not be specific to CoD, it was happening to me last night playing Walking Dead. Achievements wouldn't unlock after completing them (no message and still showing locked) but would unlock later.

I assume it's an issue on MS's end.

I just tried to unlock an achievement on minecraft but no luck, even though I haven't signed into my profile via xbox, I have signed in via this site over those years and maintained my gamer score, however the last time I did log in was about a year ago
via website, but I still maintained "Congratulations! You have a perfect record" and my GS and I never received any notification/message of my account being reset, so if there is a 18 month period of keeping track then I should be able to see if my account
has become tarnished. Might it be some kind of glitch as I was unlocking achievements while on the dashboard a few minutes after signing and getting reset, this makes no sense.
