My Xbox Account is banned for no reason, I Haven't played in years and never did anything wrong? Says my account has no strikes or previous strikes either but I'm a banned user and can;t appeal or get any other info, *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Is it the account or is it a device? If you log into https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history do you see anything in there?

If its a device ban, has anyone else got access to the device and got it banned?

The account is banned, it says no suspensions or strikes of any kind though i'm trying to use Xbox 360 account on pc that was inactive for years GT: dZ Tehvro. nobody has access to the Xbox or account. thanks responding.
