My Xbox account has been locked for no reason

When you say "My account has been locked", do you mean that your account has been suspended by the Enforcement team?

Check this site to see if you haven't broken rules that led to your profile being blocked https://enforcement.xbox.com

Sometime when this happens you have to wait up to 72 hours before you can try to unlock it. If you keep trying to gain access the account and fail it will flag you. I would stop trying for a while otherwise you just keep resetting the timer.
