My xbox account has been locked for absolutely no reason

I wish i had a way to help ypu unlock your account but unfortunately this seems like a problem you might wanna go stright to microsoft with

I was locked out of my account once and since my email was an old one i had no way to access anyrhing, what i did was requested to chancge my security info and went thru some account recovery stuff, in the end i got my account back but i had to wait until
my info was revieved and my case was looked at, took about a 14 days in my case ,

i havent physically even been on my xbox for a month so i wouldnt have done anything as of late to push enforcement action not that it ever took much for that.

I always recommend to check to make sure someone else hasnt gotten on your account without you knowing is all.

yeah nothing to the community of the console but i see why its a joke now they put in place a system for other people to volunteer their time to help thier customers like im trying to be polite and stuff even tho im grinding my teeth in anger over this.
locking me out of my entire account can't use my email and will probably lock me out of my computer if i log out il lcheck out those links though see what i can do when they close their call number at 3pm my time.
