Can you tell me how I can speak to someone at Microsoft... because this has become a joke. The phone system has been unresponsive for the past 5 days.. how do I contact someone to sort this out.

@ExiledRougeDrow Indeed it should, I am tired of the online hackers! I found out today someone has stolen my identity on the Xbox console with that GTA IV gamertag changer and has been using my name to do their little hacking scandals on the servers. I am
very displeased on how this has been going on and I did not know anything about it. But back on topic, hopefully in GTA V there will be hack proof servers.

Hacking over xbox in general is something that Microsoft consistently looks out for and Xbox live does there best to make sure that hackers are caught. About a year ago, I was in the same position as you were, as I suspected that my account was being
hacked. Microsoft in general does not have a phone number you can call about this problem, but what they do have is a support forum which you can go to and ask about hacking and what to do if you feel someone is hacking your account. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX
and speak to someone who can point you in the correct direction. Another thing I may suggest is going to xbox.com, click on support and from there type in the search bar exactly what you need help with. It will bring you to a screen where you will be able
to chat online with support directly. Hope this helps.
