My xbox account has been blocked for no reason and can unblock it

If you receive the message “Your account is currently unavailable" when you try to access your Microsoft account, your account might have been temporarily blocked due to unusually large traffic volume, suspicious activity, or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement or code of conduct.

If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

5. Select Remove again to confirm.

After filling out and submitting the form, please allow Microsoft to review the information that you shared for at least 24-72 hours. Please monitor the contact email address that you used, including the junk and the spam folder for possible response.

If you did not receive a response from Microsoft or you have account specific questions, kindly contact Microsoft support for your account to be checked further. You may use this these steps as your guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

I would try checking my email associated with the Xbox live account and see if your account has been temporarily blocked. If your account was blocked, you can follow the steps in the email to unblock your account.

No one can unblock your account here its a block on the windows live.

to unblock your windows live id follow these steps

go to accounts.live.com and sign in.

select continue when it says your account has been blocked.

Go to the email adress shown and check the email.

get the code from the email, and put the code where its apropriate.

Your account is now unblocked.

If your account was blocked sadly there is nothing much that can be done beyond waiting for them to unblock it. My understanding, from reading responses to similar issues, is that it can take up to 20 days to unblock an account. How long has it been since
they put in the ticket?
