Console banned ?

No one is console banned for no reason, period. If you indeed have been console banned there is no avenue for appeal and no one in the forum can assist with any console or account Enforcement. Go to the Enforcement website and log in to see any action taken
against your account. There will be a message on the console when trying to log in to Xbox Live if the console has been banned.

I have been console banned for no reason

My console has been banned for no reason. Ive recently arrived home after 3 months away and come back to see that my xbox has been console banned, I have contacted the xbox live team by phone and they were unable to give me contact details for the enforcement
team. Can anyone help or get me into contact with the enforcement team ?

I was not console banned for cheating or modding, i was banned for recovering an account that i thought was someones old account that they wanted to give out for free, but turned out it was jacked, i dont like modders/cheaters
either because they are the reason that the enforcement team has no contact email or number, and i cant show them the evidence of my innocence, and back on topic i guess i will just delete the account off of the HDD before i log onto live

I am really disappointed to permanently ban my account without giving any specific reasons. My ambassador status has also been revoked, and all games purchased in the past 9 years cannot be used. I don't understand. My account has been banned, and I don't even have the right to know! If any country's laws are violated, local law enforcement agencies must provide sufficient evidence to prove, why Xbox's law enforcement team can arbitrarily ban players' accounts without a channel for appeal

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle that. If the reasons are no listed on the enforcement site, unfortunately there is no other way to find out. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the banning to see about having
the account unbanned. Since it's been well over a year since the ban was issued, it is no longer possible to contact them regarding it.
