My xbox account has been banned for about 2 years and I was never able to speak to an xbox...

ivehad xbox live for 2 years and have never been able to download it since it has been removed when it became a banned game but now the r18+ law has passed i may come back i hope

It is a xbox 360 elite 2 years of age previously owned by my dad and has never been on xbox live before and my account is about 3 hours old

Submitting a case review on the enforcement site (the appeal you sent) is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision at that time, there is nothing else that can be done. They will not review cases that are over 12 months old.

personal thank you for your answers but none of these sites help me give the answer I want.the terms of use do not speak about the use of mouse adapter / kyeboard. Just speak to modify the console and mine has never been opened. The only thing is they may
accuse me of having used the adapter or servers infected by coming in, but this is not my fault as it is the xbox that shearchs and sends me to these servers.But if this was the reason they will ban or suspend my account, not ban my consola.I only use the
adapter because I played close to 30 years of computer games and I can not get used to the command of the xbox.They need to chatch and ban the hackers not the people that play legit.I know guys that have his console cracked and microsoft doesn't chatch them
and they play with this console for a long long time.But they banned my console when i never open or modded it, never played cracked games and never used cheats. THANK YOU MICROSOFT YOU ARE WORKING GOOD.

So then you were not banned for no reason. Having too many account bans can lead to a console ban which in your case it has.

Looks like you will need to speak with your friend about buying you a new Xbox as console bans are never reversed.
