    Account Ban / Appeal

    Is there an email they have? This ban was from a long time ago and I was never able to submit an appeal. This is an old Xbox account.

    Yes you can submit an appeal but it will depend on what your xbox account was banned for.

    Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser/device. Unfortunately, that is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    If it says it's banned on the enforcement site, then the account is banned. You would have had to submit an appeal at the time the ban was first issued to contact the enforcement team. They will not review a ban over 12 months old so that would no longer be possible.

    I would like to post on enforcement but can't.

    sorry to say if you got a perm ban for too many communication suspensions they ran out of chances for you. after multiple suspensions they just feel you are not allowed on the service anymore, thus the perm ban there is no appeal for perm bans you will
    just have to start over and refrain from what you did to get those communication suspensions on the new account, good luck.
