My Xbox account got hacked gamertag stolen

my xbox got hacked to which they changed my RARE 4 letter gamertag making it available to which they put onto their account the only way i was told by xbox supoort to fix this was reporting it to xbox enforcment who would then make the account unusable
until they reply with their side of the story. This is an absolute joke as it is quite obvious this account is inactive as i have seen no games played no gamerscore so this account will never give a response. So basically because of these questionable and
honestly confusing rules xbox enforcment team has a hacker can keep my 4 letter gamertag because apparently they cant REVERT my gamertag back even though i have given all the evidence needed to get my gamertag back and xbox enforcment team definitley having
the power to get my gamertag back i linked images as proof of me owning the gamertag etc. Also a xbox suport staff saying in bold his account got hacked all linked from imgur also a reference code to the chat with xbox supoort and they apparently cant do anything
about it cause they is a way to adapted to sort out this problem

This is why I don't keep any paypal or credit card on my gamertag, sorry your account got hack man. Once it is hack, nothing can be done. Just try to not fall for phishing scheme and stuff, and don't leave your credit card or paypal in your gamertag, try
to use redeem card, so if your GT do get stolen no more harm will done. I got my GT stolen also, I called MS for about 3 weeks before I gave up and just tell them to lock and ban that account, as they said they can't give back my account. Hope this help.

How do I go about getting my account back

I got my Xbox account taken but still own my Gmail.

I don't know how or where to start with convincing anyone to get my 1 year worth of progress back. PLEASEEE HELP
