My Xbox account doesn't work on my xbox one

I haven't been able to play on my xbox for weeks now. I will try to sign in, use my microsoft account password and it will always say sign in error. So I called or requested call and the person didn't even know what I was talking about. The xbox says the
password is correct, it is saying that there is a sign in error and to try in a few minutes, actually I try about once every morning. I would try to have a separate account on there but it needs to be xbox live as well.

Yeezy, if your console is malfunctioning in anyway, especially to where you can't use it, you should consider sending it in for repair. I have placed a link below that will walk you through the repair Process through Microsoft. Good Luck!

try and delete that profile and then re download it , might be corrupted ...

 

No this did not help, it treats it as the account is not working and has an error

 

Maybe a connection issue , what kind of modem and router ? Did you try and hard reset everything , xbox , modem and router?
