My Xbox account been blocked

Everyday I log on my account it’s always asked for a code to login again some reason I get a message saying I’ve had too many codes this week try again in week I’ve now tried again using my number it’s now saying we cannot send a text to this number how can I get back into my Xbox account again please help

I am not sure what happened but you could actually wait and try it again at a later time and see if it will accept your number. On the other hand, you may reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.

That’s correct it used it before to get the 4 digit code not sure why it gives me that message should i wait couple of days looks like it’s been blocked on Microsoft side to get that message am clueless to why

Thank you for the image. So it's a verification process not specifically using the number that's attached to your account. Have you tried another number aside from your friend's? Try to access the web using a different device or internet browser too.

Is it asking you to enter any number or it has to be a number that's currently attached to your account?

To confirm, is your password still being accepted when you login to your account but you're only stuck with the verification process?

Is that a two-step verification of your account? Did you enable it before?

Did you try to sign in directly to your Xbox console or through the web https://account.microsoft.com?
