My xbox account and hotmail got blocked because of a stupid reason. That i bought 2 games...

That's just the thing. My hotmail's been blocked and I can't log in to my hotmail. So I can't confirm my old password because it's blocked.

When you say its blocked what exactly is happening?

when you try and sign into the account what happens?

recently blocked me my microsoft mail REDACTED grounds that someone had entered and unfortunately I can not rescue using the system recovery hotmail accounts because I remember certain information and besides that I am communicating
through this account of my brother but hey, my problem is that with that account or hotmail account I have my xbox live for that reason but not sign the xbox web site to see my status and also on the website of xbox live rewards and I worry that could happen

The stupidity is utter, I was given a lock for no reason, there are literally no reasons for blocking, they are not written in the appropriate windows, but I invested money in the account, I just need to suck my finger and put up with it?
