My xbox accessories app won’t launch, i’ve tried all the troubleshooting with xbox support...

Thanks for you reply. I’ve done the reset but that didn’t work. I have logged back in and now the rewards app won’t launch. I’ve tried reinstalling the rewards app but still won’t open. It says something about updating location. This used to happen before but I could click the icon again and it would let me into the app. But now I can’t get into it at all. I’m guessing I’m gonna have to do a full factory reset? Thanks Luke

I’ve tried on a few games and I notice my sensitivity feels different from last time, I don’t know if that means anything. I notice it a lot more when I am on YouTube or other video streaming apps. Sometimes the bar won’t disappear when I press B, or when I push my joystick up. I have tried to uninstall the Xbox accessories app, but I don’t get the option to uninstall. Should I buy a new controller?

I just tried that and once I had gotten up to the install to bit all it said was that I had to go into Xbox app so I have and I’ve tried to start to download the game however it won’t let me click install to this console

Hello Ron I’ve tried many fixes but I recently reset my Xbox then these issue happened and the troubleshooting menu can’t even pop up before for something different I have used the troubleshooting menu but now it won’t pop up no matter what I do

Please, I work in Silicon Valley, I am aware of reading manuals and troubleshooting guides trust me.

What was concerning was that the user reviews mentioned from years ago that the Xbox Accessories PC app did not support the $160 Series 2 Elite controller.

However, Microsoft’s only support for SW/FW updates is through the Xbox Accessories app. Since it does not work, this gap needs to be filed and handled with an update to the Microsoft Store app “Xbox Accessories”.

I have tried cable combinations, power cycling, and reinstalling Xbox Accessories.
