    I need help. My Xbox 360 would connect to the internet anymore. It was working before but now it's giving me an error, at first it said my account could've been corrupted so I had deleted my account but nos i can't get into to Xbox 360 Live to download my profile back because it says it can't connect to the internet. Ive tried restarting the modem, troubleshooting, restarting, and testing connection. Nothing is working. The wires are fine and no interferences. Please help

    Hi,

    first you should clear the cache of the console and restart it.

    Then download your profile and ignore the messages like 'disconnected from Xbox live' or 'can't connect to Xbox live'.

    Sorry to hear your having issues please follow this support guide :

    "My Xbox can’t see my wireless network"

    Mostly likely the wireless adpator in the console has stopped working thats why it has suggested a wireless adaptor.

    Is the adapter plugged in properly as that can cause some issues in itself. Also make sure it isnt damaged

    when was the last time you did a hard reset of your router/modem? Sometimes that will clear it up.
