My Xbox 360 won't fully connect to internet

Have you tried connecting it via network cable or wifi?

And to make things more confusing, I was just able to download a demo of something so I decided to do another internet test and it still does the same thing? And bing, internet explorer, and netflix still says there's no internet.

I bought it second hand, and it's unlocked.

And I've tried it with it connected via cable and wifi and neither work. They were working perfectly fine yesterday just the only problem I was having was it was saying the download speed was 0.01.

It seems that this thread had messages deleted because there was only three messages, the top two seemed like the issue was fixed but it didn't show how. The last message was from a staff member and they linked another thread, I've been to that thread before and it didn't seem to help, I still re-checked it just to make sure and none of it worked.

I also tried to setup a mobile hotspot with my laptop and I set it to 2.4GHz, and it still doesn't work. Here is the new error status report.
