My Xbox 360 won't connect to the wireless internet or mobile hotspot??

I recently got an xbox 360 with an wifi adapter and it's having problems connecting to the internet. When I try to connect to the internet it says -

Network: failed

Internet: blocked

Latency: blocked

Packet loss: blocked

Upload speed: blocked

Download speed: blocked

Signal strength: 100%

Wi-fi speed: 0 mbps

It also says Test failed, "There's a problem with your connection. Let's try to fix it. (null)" I tried everything and still can't figure it out.

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Miguel O., Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

Please proceed to do a power cycle to fix the issue

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

Same thing is happening to me my Xbox one s won't connect to my internet but will connect to a hotspot or being hard wired but still won't connect to the wireless after doing all the steps

Another user suggested I try connecting to a mobile hotspot instead of home's wireless network. Strangely, XBL worked when connected to the mobile hotspot. Why would one Xbox One (X) work on my wireless but the other (original) does not?

it literally says internet error ive tried my mobile hotspot as well as a few others ive tried optimum which doesnt even connect to the network the mobile hotspots connect to the network but not the internet

I also have tried using my mobile hotspot and it wont even connect using my mobile hotspot. I have 2 different XBOX 360s and neither one will connect that way. It will work if I hardwire it.
