My Xbox 360 sign in takes forever

I'm having the same issue. I seen a vid on YouTube that said to clear your local 360 save data, assuming you're playing on a Series X/S.

Didn't work for me, but may work for you.

If I delete and redownload my profile will there be anything that I have to setup again and will I lose anything

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System.
Select Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset console screen, choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

This option will reset the operating system and remove any potentially damaged data without deleting your apps or games.

Warning: Make sure not to choose Reset and remove everything at this time.
